10 years ago, 33 joggers members of the « Ceux du Lac » group represented the Villeneuve d'Ascq city by running the famous New York City Marathon !

This event related in news pointed out the popular sporting values as well as those of leisure sports.


To day, about 20 joggers are involved in this new adventure.

Six of them who belonged to the first expedition will guide the new ones through this legendary 42 km195 race.
